Consumers may also want to consider other service providers, vendors and/or resources that are not identified by the McClain Group. Regardless of whom or what resource Consumers may choose, Consumers are advised to assure in advance that the service providers, vendor's or resource's qualifications, experience, financial status, record for reliability, etc., are acceptable to the Consumers. The McClain Group does not guarantee or warrant the work, service, information, product, etc. by any such service provider, vendor or other resource that the McClain Group may suggest to Consumers. By accessing these vendors I agree to hold McClain Group harmless for any wrongdoing by any third-party vendor. I understand McClain Group is providing this as a courtesy with good intentions based off of their actual knowledge.
